Blend until creamy for a frosty shake. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Avoid taking a bedtime. Ensure to adequately hydrate before, during, and after exeercise. Store in a cool, dry place. 1 serving = 1 packet. / (Adultes) : 1 portion par jour.
